Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Transformation Portfolio Director to lead the Global Enterprise Operations transformation portfolio, prioritising initiatives and sequencing work to deliver measurable outcomes in a complex, evolving environment.

You will work with ExCo-1 / LT level, shape the Target Operating Model, oversee key programmes, manage risks, and drive clear, pragmatic decisions that accelerate delivery across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformation portfolios across large programmes.
• Ability to design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM).
• Influence outcomes and drive delivery without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end orchestration of Global Enterprise Operations transformation portfolio.
• Facilitate executive-level prioritisation and trade-off decisions.
• Directly lead a subset of strategic transformation programmes with hands-on oversight.
• Shape and drive elements of the TOM, ensuring alignment with strategy and capability.
• Maintain momentum and accountability by surfacing risks and driving progress.
