Liberty Global is hiring a Senior Transformation Manager in Bradford (BD4 8PW) on a permanent, hybrid basis with two days in the office and three remote. You will lead strategic transformation programmes across Legal, ARC, Operations and Technology, partnering with stakeholders at all levels to shape delivery and realise measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes from inception through delivery.
• Experience delivering transformation programmes within ARC, Operations, or similar environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Exposure to digital transformation, automation, AI, and tech-enabled change.
• Experience across multiple functions and bringing teams together to deliver outcomes.
• Strong programme and project management expertise with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation programmes across cross-functional teams.
• Adapt approach to various transformation, change and projects across ARC, Operations, and Technology.
• Own delivery of programme and project backlogs with scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to implement solutions delivering measurable value.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to remove barriers and align to strategic objectives.
• Create and maintain programme governance docs, roadmaps, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Facilitate clear communication, ownership, and progress across teams.
• Provide leadership and develop capability within transformation teams.
