Job summary

Liberty Global seeks a Senior Manager, DEX & IT Operations to lead our IT Operations across multiple sites from Leeds or Bradford, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will oversee Workday, M365, ERP and ERP-related platforms, drive migrations, ensure security and governance, and manage vendor relationships to support growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT Operations in a multi-site organisation.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Workday, ERP or Atlassian environments.
• Expertise in system integrations and data accuracy across platforms.
• Strong identity and access management knowledge (Entra ID/Azure AD/Intune).
• Experience managing third-party IT service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing IT Operations team.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of core enterprise platforms (Workday, M365, ERP, Atlassian).
• Own user access, configurations and data integrity.
• Drive migrations, upgrades and tech transformation initiatives.
• Manage third-party providers and ensure SLAs.
• Maintain security, governance and audit readiness.
• Monitor performance, availability and service metrics.
• Act as senior escalation point for incidents and issues.
• Oversee licensing, vendor relationships and budgets.
• Maintain documentation, change control and disaster recovery processes.
