Job summary

Deloitte's Investment Management & Wealth Operations and Domain Solutions (IM&W ODS) team in London is seeking a Senior Manager to lead UK wealth management transformation programmes, advising on technology strategy and multi-vendor delivery.

You will guide projects across discovery to implementation, build trusted client relationships, and drive measurable outcomes within a collaborative, hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Direct experience of the UK wealth management market in a consulting or industry role.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships in a multi-vendor environment.
• Experience advising on strategic direction and client priorities in wealth.
• Strong understanding of wealth platform transformation and technology lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK wealth management projects and set priorities with clients.
• Define technology strategy and implementation roadmaps with internal teams.
• Oversee discovery to transformation lifecycle and ensure delivery against timelines.
• Develop trusted client relationships and coordinate across IT, Operations and Risk.
• Mentor junior staff and promote adherence to delivery standards.
