Job summary

DrDoctor is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Transformation team, delivering multi-stakeholder technology and operational change across NHS settings. You’ll own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of clients, lead complex programmes, and build senior-level relationships.

A strong consulting/PM background and NHS experience are essential; expect up to 60% travel and significant time on client sites. We are a mission-driven NHS partner, transforming health services with technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in client or project environments in consulting, programme management or technology.
• Large-scale technology or operational transformation in NHS/public sector settings.
• Demonstrable track record of managing senior NHS stakeholder relationships.
• Experience of account growth or commercial development and able to articulate value delivered.
• Interrogate and manipulate operational datasets to identify patterns and present findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to deliver high-quality outputs under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, from kick-off through to benefits realisation.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder programmes across clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including at Director and C-suite level.
• Analyse and present programme outcomes and benefits data to non-technical audiences.
• Apply change management and consulting skills to solve operational and technical problems.
• Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities to expand the value DrDoctor delivers.
• Support team capability by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior colleagues.
