Job summary

Schroders is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Business Transformation Solutions (BTS) team. You will advise senior stakeholders and lead transformation across Public Markets, Private Assets and Wealth Management.

You will apply structured problem solving, design thinking and delivery leadership to translate strategic objectives into practical recommendations and actions for senior leadership and teams.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years’ experience in a consultancy role.
• Proven track record delivering significant project workstreams.
• Experience with large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong business-case development and structured impact assessment.
• Knowledge of the investment management value chain across front, middle and back office.
• Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 classification or above.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CIMA or IMC are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of specific workstreams or smaller consulting assignments with increasing autonomy.
• Lead project deliverables, managing scope, timelines and quality.
• Design and lead analysis, research and problem-solving activities to develop insights and recommendations.
• Provide guidance and quality assurance to junior team members.
• Manage stakeholder interactions and ensure high-quality outputs and engagement.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues and contribute to thought leadership.
