Job summary

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Workforce) to drive workforce transformation and organisational change across the business. You will gather and translate workforce needs into actionable recommendations, aligning people, processes and structures to future requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Workforce Analyst, Organisation Design Analyst, or similar.
• Strong ability to interpret workforce data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand workforce requirements and objectives.
• Support design and implementation of organisational structures and TOMs.
• Gather, analyse and document workforce-related business requirements.
• Assess people impacts of organisational change initiatives.
• Use workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for decisions.
• Map current and future workforce processes, roles and capabilities.
• Support workforce planning activities including resource modelling and capability assessments.
• Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
