Job summary

Expleo is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive the UK banking transformation, migrating from Equation to Finacle. You will partner with London stakeholders and the Riyadh team, shaping business requirements, regulatory mapping and readiness activities for a complex core banking migration.

You will lead workshops, validate data migration, and define future-state processes while managing risks and dependencies across business, IT and regulatory domains.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and how it maps to delivery
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and consulting abilities
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and bridge business and IT
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and dispersed offshore teams

Responsibilities

• Act as senior BA between London business, Head Office in Riyadh and Finacle team
• Lead workshops, process analysis, requirements definition, gap and impact analyses
• Define future-state processes, local configuration requirements and functional scope for Finacle
• Support data migration validation, testing, UAT, and business readiness activities
• Contribute to business capability views and a pragmatic transformation roadmap
