Job description

Senior Training Programme Coordinator

Up to £48,430 pa d.o.e, CB2 3PT, with a fantastic benefits package including 33 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), a great company pension scheme, permanent contract, and immediate start.

Due to continued success, a head office location of a company whose mission is to change leaders who change the world has an exciting opportunity to join their organisation as a Senior Training Programme Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
  1. Project manage training programmes that address specific learning and strategic needs for corporate clients, from inception to completion. Courses may be delivered in person, digitally, or via live online sessions.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) team to understand client specifics and develop innovative, engaging, and performance-enhancing programmes.
  3. Manage a team of Programme Coordinators by supporting, delegating, implementing beneficial changes, and enhancing their digital capabilities. Drive internal visibility and progress reporting.
  4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and IT to fulfill all programme requirements.
  5. Attend programmes to ensure smooth operation, engage with delegates, gather and analyse feedback, and implement necessary changes.
  6. Work alongside other Senior Programme Managers (SPMs), providing coverage and support, and collaborate with the Head of Department on projects and system changes.
Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate should be authentic, possess a motivating and proactive leadership style, and enjoy taking ownership of programmes. Excellent communication skills, a confident and tactful manner, and the natural ability to educate others are essential. Support will be provided to familiarise you with company processes and procedures. Working knowledge of Monday.com is advantageous. This role is ideal if you have experience in Training Course Creation, Client Relationship Management, or have owned your own Training Company, preferably within the educational sector.
