Job Description:

Assistant Project Manager in London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the delivery of Minor Works projects for Transport for London (TfL), including systems like CCTV, PA/VA, and Speaker Systems. This hybrid role offers remote work with two days per week at our Canning Town office.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting delivery of projects for TfL
• Preparing cost estimates and project quotes
• Assisting with mobilisation plans and milestone tracking
• Monitoring project finances and performance
• Coordinating project teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with QEHS standards
• Preparing inputs for contract reviews

Ideal candidate:

Proactive, organized, with experience in project coordination or management, preferably in infrastructure sectors. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management are essential.

Key requirements:

• Experience in Rail, Telecoms, Construction, or Utilities projects
• Commercial and financial understanding
• Knowledge of QEHS standards
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills
• Experience with TfL or London Underground projects is desirable
• Working towards APM/PRINCE2 certification is a plus
