We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to successful implementation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and strong leadership abilities to motivate and develop cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams. They should be adept at managing contractual terms, procurement, and delivery lifecycles, as well as identifying and mitigating project risks and issues. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) and core applications (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential. Experience in the Financial Services Regulated market is beneficial but not required. The successful candidate will be solution-focused, accountable, and able to build trust with diverse teams and technical experts, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving business outcomes.

What will you be doing?

• Project Management: Lead day-to-day project activities, design project structure, manage transitions between phases, identify risks, and deliver outcomes within time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Governance: Support governance and decision-making, track benefits, and manage risks and issues.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, develop business cases, and ensure financial controls.
• Resource Management: Identify skill requirements, manage deployment, and motivate teams.
• Change and Requirements Management: Manage changes and document requirements.
• Leadership: Promote team performance, motivate, and support delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships, communicate effectively, and manage expectations.

Who are we looking for?

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven project management experience, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile).
• Leadership skills to motivate dispersed teams.
• Experience in developing business cases and managing budgets.
• Experience with procurement and contractual management.
• Knowledge of requirements management lifecycle.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with JIRA is a plus.
• Experience in the Financial Services Regulated market is beneficial but not essential.
• Prince2, APM or equivalent qualification.
