Job summary

Woodgate & Clark Limited is seeking a Senior TPPD Loss Adjuster to lead major and complex TPPD claims across commercial property, including construction risk. You will support proactive claims handling, set reserves, and coordinate experts to deliver thorough final reports.

The role requires extensive TPPD adjusting experience, ACII/ACILA or LLB/ILEX (or progress toward), exceptional customer service, and strong analytical, writing and negotiation skills; UK travel is expected.

Qualifications

Extensive TPPD adjusting experience and technical competence.
Excellent customer service, organisational and planning skills.
ACII/ACILA or LLB/ILEX, or working towards qualification.
Willingness to travel across the UK as required.

Responsibilities

Investigate and manage major/complex TPPD claims with construction liability risk.
Site visits, gather evidence, and identify third-party involvement.
Build rapport and understanding of cover with Insured, Broker and Insurer.
Set accurate reserves and document in detailed reports.
Negotiate settlements within policy terms and provide final reports.
Instruct/coordinate experts (lawyers, surveyors, etc.) as needed.
Communicate plan with all interested parties and manage interim payments.
Mentor junior Liability team members and ensure regulatory compliance.
