Job summary

Woodgate & Clark Ltd seeks a Senior TPPD Loss Adjuster to support proactive claims handling across a mixed portfolio including construction risks. You will work within the Liability Loss Adjusting team to manage major and complex TPPD claims, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

The role requires organised, systematic approach, driving settlements and mentoring junior staff while complying with regulatory standards. UK travel is expected as needed.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage major/complex TPPD claims including construction liability
• Conduct site visits and gather evidence
• Build rapport and understand cover with Insured, Broker and Insurer
• Assess information to set accurate reserves
• Negotiate settlements within policy terms
• Prepare detailed reports including quantum and BI where relevant
• Instruct and monitor experts (lawyers, surveyors, etc.)
• Establish communication plans with interested parties
• Authorize interim payments and reports as needed
• Prepare final settlement reports with documentation
• Mentor junior liability team members
• Ensure regulatory compliance at all times
• Uphold Code of Business Conduct
• Carry out other duties as required
