Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of Identity & Access Management platforms across global teams. You will partner with product and engineering leadership to translate complex requirements into executable plans, coordinate releases across distributed teams, and lead delivery on a key client engagement.

You will align requirements with the Product Owner, drive agile ceremonies, and manage risks across time zones, ensuring secure, scalable outcomes

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in technical program management.
• Experience leading large, complex technology programs across multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams with high-performance culture.
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture, dependencies, and delivery trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across Identity & Access Management platforms.
• Build and manage geographically distributed team with accountability and collaboration.
• Prioritize and translate requirements into milestones and dependencies.
• Own delivery for a key client engagement with cross-functional coordination.
• Drive agile practices: sprint planning, backlog, retrospectives, JIRA visibility.
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans to protect timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional releases across distributed engineering teams.
• Use AI-assisted tools for program reporting and data-driven insights.
• Build relationships with senior leaders to drive alignment.
