MacLean-Fogg is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager in Plymouth, MI to lead TPM programs and maintenance operations, drive equipment reliability, and reduce downtime. You will guide maintenance professionals and ensure safe, efficient manufacturing performance.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities, while promoting a safety-first culture and ensuring regulatory compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in maintenance supervision or related field.
• Experience implementing or managing a TPM program.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability strategies.
• Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Plan and schedule maintenance with minimal downtime while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Develop procedures for monitoring equipment performance and safety.
• Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost operational efficiency.
• Manage hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary actions while promoting safety.
• Perform facility inspections and lead process-improvement initiatives.
