Qualifications

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or related discipline.
• Previous experience in a planning consultancy, local authority or similar development environment.
• Sound understanding of the UK planning system and policy.
• Experience preparing planning applications, statements and site appraisals.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear planning advice.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive approach and interest in development and land promotion.
• MRTPI chartership would be advantageous.
• For Senior Planner, ability to manage projects independently with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities
