Job summary

Travel Trade Recruitment seeks an experienced Tour Specialist to own smaller touring accounts, handling travel bookings, itineraries and supplier negotiations, ensuring every journey runs smoothly and to the highest standard.

You will collaborate with clients, suppliers and the Touring team to deliver detailed tour documentation, create professional presentations, and contribute to a clear development path toward becoming Senior Tour Specialist.

Qualifications

• 2+ years travel management experience, ideally touring/entertainment.
• GDS experience, Galileo preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
• Degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage travel requests and bookings for touring clients.
• Create detailed itineraries and tour movement sheets.
• Maintain up-to-date travel arrangements and records.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for artist hotels.
• Complete GDS/PNR tasks and keep tour files accurate.
• Negotiate supplier rates to maximise value.
• Collaborate with Senior Tour Specialists and management.
• Deliver highly personalised service with meticulous attention to detail.
