Legal & General (L&G) is seeking a Senior Third-Party Risk Management Lead for a 14‑month fixed-term contract in London. You will shape the enterprise‑wide TPRM framework, define strategy, and oversee outsourcing governance and regulator interactions.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in third‑party risk management, outsourcing oversight or operational risk within financial services.
• Proven ability to own enterprise‑wide TPRM frameworks, policies and governance structures.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for third‑party risk and outsourcing in financial services.

Responsabilités

• Own and enhance the Group’s TPRM framework, policies, standards and operating model.
• Define enterprise‑wide TPRM strategy, roadmap and transformation programme.
• Lead outsourcing governance and regulatory compliance across third‑party services.
• Chair governance forums and provide oversight of risks, issues and control effectiveness.
• Establish risk appetite, KRIs, MI and Board reporting.
• Oversee material supplier incidents, service disruptions and remediation.
• Develop and inspire a high‑performing TPRM team with accountability.
• Build relationships with regulators and senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance and Procurement.
