Job summary

Experis UK is recruiting for a PBS Manager - Third Party Payment Partner (3PPP) Due Diligence Operations. The role focuses on Compliance/AML with emphasis on due diligence of prospective and existing partners, operating in a hybrid environment in Sussex.

The successful candidate will manage due diligence processes, risk assessment, and coordination with Compliance and Financial Crime SMEs to provide timely, accurate documentation and communications, while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Customer Due Diligence or Compliance within regulated financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of FATF, JMLSG and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in due diligence procedures, sanctions screening and monitoring.
• Ability to evidence activities, decisions and rationale for such decisions, considering relevant regulatory, compliance and reputational risks.
• Results oriented, and self-driven, able to operate in a fast-paced GMNS environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate due diligence for prospective partners with business development teams.
• Execute due diligence refreshes for existing partners per risk level.
• Assess risk and recommend mitigation steps as needed.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Financial Crime SMEs for timely input.
• Engage with partners to ensure documentation and timely follow-ups.
• Ensure clear partner communications and internal updates.
