ManpowerGroup is recruiting on behalf of a large global financial services brand for an experienced Compliance/AML professional with a strong background in due diligence. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite) based in Sussex and falls Inside IR35.

The Manager, 3PPP Due Diligence Operations will oversee end-to-end due diligence on prospective and existing partners, coordinating with Compliance and Financial Crime experts to ensure timely, accurate risk assessment and documentation, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Customer Due Diligence or Compliance.
• Strong understanding of FATF, JMLSG and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in client due diligence, sanctions screening and monitoring.
• Ability to evidence activities and rationale for decisions, considering regulatory risks.
• Results oriented, self-driven, able to operate under deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risk triggers.
• Strong communication to influence without authority.
• Proactive, can-do attitude, independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the due diligence process for prospective partners with business development teams.
• Execute due diligence refreshes for existing partners based on risk level.
• Assess risk and recommend mitigation steps.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Financial Crime experts for timely input.
• Engage with partners to ensure documentation is complete and responses timely.
• Ensure clear communications to Partner Managers and internal stakeholders.
