Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Compliance/AML professional for a hybrid role based in Sussex. The position focuses on 3PPP Due Diligence Operations with responsibilities across partner due diligence, risk assessment and stakeholder coordination.

You will work with Compliance and Financial Crime SMEs, ensure timely documentation, and deliver high-quality investigations within deadlines in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Customer Due Diligence or Compliance within regulated financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of critical due diligence methodologies and applicable regulatory frameworks (FATF, JMLSG).
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in client due diligence procedures, sanctions screening and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating the due diligence process for prospective partners liaising with business development teams.
• Executing regular due diligence refreshes for existing partners based on risk levels.
