GenesisCare UK is seeking a Senior Therapy Radiographer at our Guildford centre to support the pathway for every patient receiving external beam radiotherapy and assist the Lead Therapist Radiographer/Centre Leader with team leadership.

The role covers diverse radiotherapy activities, QA, pre-treatment and treatment, with emphasis on leadership, staff mentoring and maintaining high patient care standards within a private cancer care setting.

Formación

• Post-qualification radiography experience.
• Understanding of UK radiotherapy.
• Experience across QA, pre-treatment and treatment.
• Proven staff liaison and teamwork.
• Empathetic, holistic patient care.
• Experience in private health sector advantageous.
• Experience resolving complaints.
• Proactive evolution of radiotherapy techniques.
• Broad radiotherapy clinical skills.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relationship building abilities.
• Independent judgments/decisions.
• Flexible to achieve GenesisCare objectives.
• Able to train and mentor junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Work across different areas to achieve operational objectives and uphold GenesisCare service standards.
• Collaborate with Lead Radiographer, Lead Physicist, Senior Dosimetrist, radiographers, nurses and admin staff across the radiotherapy process.
