Job summary

GenesisCare UK is seeking a Senior Therapy Radiographer for its Guildford centre. This full-time, permanent role requires availability Monday–Friday and involves supporting radiotherapy delivery across multiple treatment areas.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, apply post-qualification experience, and contribute to high-quality patient care. Private sector experience and CPD are valued in our patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience in radiotherapy.
• Experience and understanding of UK radiotherapy.
• Experience in QA, pre-treatment, and treatment.
• Evidence of effective staff liaison and cooperative working.
• Empathetic and holistic patient care approach.
• Experience in private health sector advantageous.
• Experience resolving complaints satisfactorily.
• Experience evolving radiotherapy techniques.
• Range of radiotherapy clinical skills.
• Evidence of organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to make independent judgments/decisions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Work in different areas of the GenesisCare treatment centre to meet operational objectives and maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with the clinical team including Lead Radiographer, Lead Physicist, Senior Dosimetrist, other radiographers, nurses and admin staff.
