Responsibilities

• Patient-Centric Care: Engage directly with patients and carers to provide vital support and information while maintaining a high standard of care.
• Collaborative Excellence: Work with clinical oncologists, physicists, radiographers, and clerical staff to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Operational Leadership: In the Band 7’s absence, manage the treatment unit independently with guidance from the Clinical Operations Manager to ensure safe, effective operations.
• Professional Accountability: Adhere to the Society of Radiographers Professional Code of Conduct.
