The job will be based in Northwick Park Hospital; however per times you will asked to work in other sites of the Trust (Central Middlesex and/or Ealing). weekends and night shifts are part of this position.Main duties of the job We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Registered Theatre Nurses (Team Leader) who have extensive post registration experience in Colorectal, General Surgery, Urology, Gynae, ENT, Max-fax and/or Trauma. You will be leading a team of Scrub Practitioners to facilitate the smooth running of the Colorectal, General Surgery, Urology, Gynae, ENT, Max-fax and/or Trauma theatres, ensuring the day-to-day operation reflects the highest standard of governance, clinical effectiveness, and standards of care. You will, also, use your knowledge and experience to guide and support your team members whilst actively being involved in the delivery of patient care.
