Leonardo has a great opportunity for a Test Technician working for Manufacturing & Supply chain, within Screened Labs at our Production environment at our Capability Green site. Working with a small team of Technicians within Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT), the Test Technician will be responsible for testing Production, Upgrades and Repair Units. They will also be required to carry out fault-finding and the diagnosis of faults to board level, basic assembly of hardware, plus programming of modules using a variety of Acceptance Test Equipment and software packages using primarily Automated Test Sites.
Core Technician skills, problem solving and continuous improvement are also a necessity. Due to the nature of work performed within this area, the majority of work performed will be within a screened laboratory environment.
