Veolia Water Technologies is a global leader in water treatment, providing innovative solutions in sustainable development and resource recovery. We are seeking a Senior Test Technician based at our manufacturing facility in Lane End, High Wycombe.

This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus UK bank holidays, pension scheme, private medical insurance, and access to a private GP.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate workflow in the QC Cartridge area and serve as a key contact for challenges.
2. Support the QC Cartridge Inspection team by assisting with product and process issues, maintaining high quality standards.
3. Assist in onboarding new team members and develop training programs.
4. Contribute to new product development during the beta manufacturing phase.
5. Promote improvements in Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards.

What We Need From You

1. Experience in manufacturing, testing, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex challenges.
3. Understanding of fluid dynamics is a plus.
4. Focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
5. Effective collaboration and excellent organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
