Job summary

Allianz UK is seeking a Business Senior Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing strategy and delivery across large, complex programmes. You will shape how testing drives business outcomes and influence enterprise-level change within Allianz.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering test management at scale in financial services (insurance preferred).
• Ability to plan, govern, and report across large programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing strategy and delivery across large programmes.
• Define testing strategies and act as principal testing consultant for major initiatives.
• Plan, schedule and manage all testing activities with cost/time/resource estimation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders up to board level to influence decisions.
• Manage internal and external test resources, including offshore and third-party suppliers.
• Embed governance and quality standards across testing phases.
• Report progress, risks and issues to programme boards.
• Contribute to testing capability and change strategy within Allianz.
