Allianz seeks a Business Senior Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across large programmes, shaping how testing drives business outcomes. The role is hybrid with offices in London, Guildford or Bournemouth, requiring twice-weekly office attendance. Salary circa £75,000 per year, based on experience and location.

You will engage stakeholders up to board level, manage offshore teams and third-party suppliers, and drive governance and quality standards across all testing phases.

Qualifikationen

• Lead end-to-end testing strategy for large programmes.
• Experience delivering test management at scale in financial services.
• Ability to influence at senior levels and board level.
• Experience managing vendor resources and offshore teams.
• Hybrid working with regular office attendance.

Aufgaben

• Lead and inspire teams with clear direction and purpose.
• Own end-to-end test delivery across complex programmes.
• Define testing strategies and act as principal testing consultant.
• Plan, schedule, and manage all testing activities with cost/time/resources estimation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders up to board level.
• Manage internal and external test resources including offshore teams.
• Embed governance, quality standards, and best practices across testing phases.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to programme boards and stakeholders.
• Contribute to testing capability and wider change strategy within Allianz.
• Promote ethical, professional, and inclusive behaviours.
