Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a paymentsChange & Transformation Senior Associate to shape how regulatory reporting and payments operations run. You will own reporting processes, drive automation, and manage complex change across platforms, migrations, and AI/ML-enabled capabilities.

You will collaborate with Operations, Technology and Compliance to strengthen controls, data quality, and governance, delivering change with minimal disruption to daily operations and sustaining risk-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in payments operations and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with end-to-end payments processing lifecycles.
• Familiarity with payments platforms and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Proven delivery of transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate operational issues into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an SME for payments operations and regulatory reporting.
• Identify reporting pain points, risks, and priorities.
• Bridge Operations, Technology, and Compliance for practical solutions.
• Assess regulatory change impacts on reporting processes and data flows.
• Lead transformation workstreams: automation, platform rollouts, migrations.
• Drive adoption of intelligent automation and AI/ML capabilities.
• Own the delivery lifecycle from requirements to stabilization.
• Deliver changes with minimal disruption to BAU and data quality.
