Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a specialist to develop test environments for a major aerospace programme. You will contribute from strategy through implementation, delivering test rigs, simulation environments and test frameworks to support GCAP objectives.

The role involves working across engineering, procurement, IT and manufacturing with occasional travel, and requires a degree in a related field plus experience in complex engineering software delivery and Agile methods.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience delivering software solutions in a complex engineering environment.
• Experience with test environments and test automation.
• Familiarity with Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Develop software and test solutions for physical and digital test capabilities.
• Deliver test environments across multiple levels, from subsystem integration to HIL and simulation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define Test Environment requirements.
• Support GCAP ISANKE/ICs Test Environments roadmap and compliance.
