Job summary

Brown & Brown Europe is seeking a Test Analyst to support the delivery of high‑quality technology solutions for our London–based operations. The role emphasizes collaboration with business users, developers and project teams to ensure robust, reliable testing aligned with business requirements.

You will lead test planning, execution and defect management, with a focus on underwriting, policy administration and reporting outputs. Hybrid work in London is expected, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and regression tests.
• Proficient in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Ability to identify, log and manage defects through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases and scripts for changes and enhancements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and UAT testing to meet requirements.
• Identify, log and manage defects with developers and suppliers.
• Validate underwriting, policy administration, and reporting outputs.
• Support UAT planning, execution and issue resolution.
