Job summary

Kier is seeking a Senior Temporary Works Engineer across multiple UK locations. The role offers 40 hours per week with flexible hours and agile working, including up to 1–2 days from home if desired.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in temporary works design and management.
• Knowledge of applicable design standards.
• Ability to lead projects and manage budgets and teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Producing, checking and reviewing design outputs such as calculations, sketches, drawings, 3D models, reports and risk assessments.
• Acting as Project Lead for multiple projects, managing technical scope, programme, budget and relationships with preconstruction and construction teams.
• Developing yourself and others while improving processes and systems.
