Kier Group plc. is seeking a Senior Temporary Works Advisor to join our team. Based in various locations across the UK, the role centers on delivering construction engineering services and temporary works compliance within a leading Tier 1 contractor environment.

You will advise on temporary works standards, provide design and compliance guidance, and support tender activities across diverse infrastructure projects within Kier's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Incorporated member of a relevant professional institution (e.g. IEng MICE) or significant experience in a similar role.
• Holding a full driving licence.
• Collaborative and able to build effective relationships across teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Trusted and committed to delivering what you promise while acting safely and ethically.
• Focused with a clear, disciplined and thorough approach to your work.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the effective implementation of the Group Temporary Works Standard and guidance.
• Provide technical and practical advice on temporary works design and implementation.
• Undertake formal and informal temporary works compliance audits of projects and frameworks.
• Support tender and bid activities including outline design schemes, feasibility studies, and value engineering.
• Provide design management advice and coordination, acting as lead designer where required.
