Job summary

Kier Group plc is seeking a Senior Temporary Works Advisor to support our design and construction teams across major infrastructure projects in the UK. You will advise on the Group Temporary Works Standard, provide technical guidance on design and implementation, and perform compliance audits across multiple projects.

You'll work within a busy team, contribute to tender activities, lead design coordination where needed, and help deliver safe, compliant temporary works solutions while building

Qualifications

Member of a recognised professional institution or substantial relevant experience.
Valid full UK driving licence.
Ability to build relationships across teams, clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Advising on the effective implementation of the Group Temporary Works Standard and associated guidance
Providing technical and practical advice on temporary works design and implementation
Undertaking formal and informal temporary works compliance audits of projects and frameworks
Supporting tender and bid activities including outline design schemes, feasibility studies, and value engineering
Providing design management advice and coordination, acting as lead designer where required
