Job summary

NETWORK RAIL is seeking a Telecoms Renewal Portfolio Lead to drive safety-focused delivery across the PACE lifecycle. You will shape funding, procurement and KPI embedding for multiple projects, ensuring compliant, efficient, and value-driven outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring degree-level education, PRINCE2, AP M membership, and demonstrable experience in CDM/CSM and procurement. Strong leadership and a collaborative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Membership (or working towards) of the Association for Project Management.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification.
• Demonstrable project safety management practice and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the Telecoms Renewal Portfolio to improve safety, performance and value.
• Develop funding and procurement strategies for projects.
• Embed KPI/KRA measures in pre-contract documentation and monitor during contract phases.
• Ensure compliant delivery across the PACE lifecycle and Agile Client principles.
