Job summary
Capita in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Technology Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end technology delivery for complex programmes. Qualifications
- Significant senior-level experience delivering large-scale, complex enterprise technology solutions or services.
- Strong technical background with hands-on engagement in a senior leadership role.
- Experience with platforms and ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Snowflake and ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technology delivery across complex programmes and services from mobilization to live operation.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and review solution designs and delivery approaches.
- Balance strategic technology direction with practical implementation and client priorities.
- Drive resolution of complex technical issues and uphold engineering standards.
- Engage with CIOs/CTOs and senior stakeholders to align technical plans with business outcomes.
- Establish governance to support pace and control without bureaucracy.
