Job summary

You’ll be a senior member of the Home Office Technology Delivery community, sharing knowledge across the department and applying high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology outcomes across multiple teams.
• Ability to engage governance processes and resolve blockers.
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management.
• Capability to turn plans into coordinated delivery actions.
• Experience working in government or large public-sector programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of technology outcomes across multiple teams within quality, cost, and time constraints.
• Develop motivated teams and provide direction and feedback.
• Engage with governance bodies and monitor actions post-governance decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks; engage specialists when needed.
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
