The Role

You’ll be a key legal advisor, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure robust, commercially sound agreements and legal compliance. The role suits a confident, proactive lawyer with a background in commercial, IT, or technology law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate complex SaaS contracts with global financial institutions
  • Lead negotiations with clients and suppliers

  • Manage external counsel to ensure cost-effective legal support
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments
Ideally you will have
