Job summary

Ignis Partners is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their established team delivering justice-sector refurbishments and compliance projects.

You will own technical delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure designs meet UK regulations and client requirements. Strong Revit skills and autonomy are essential. The role offers hybrid working within a boutique practice environment with a focus on high‑quality technical delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3–5.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Experience with Revit and construction detailing.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for technical delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 3–5.
• Develop and coordinate detailed design and construction information.
• Produce and review technical drawings, specifications and project information.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Manage technical issues and resolve design and construction challenges.
• Work within live public‑sector environments with careful planning and compliance.
• Take ownership of project packages and run projects with autonomy.
• Support projects through construction and respond to technical queries.
