Job summary

Belfast Toyota, part of Charles Hurst Group, is seeking a Senior/Master Technician to join our growing Service team. The role focuses on advanced diagnostics, technical leadership, and right-first-time fixes, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule and alternating Saturday mornings.

You will mentor colleagues, diagnose complex faults, prepare and quality-check vehicles for sale, and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' qualified experience, preferably with a premium brand.
• Exceptional diagnostic skills and advanced mechanical knowledge.
• Master Technician or senior level experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve the most complex vehicle faults to a high standard.
• Provide technical expertise and mentoring to other technicians within the workshop.
• Preparation and quality control of new and used prestige vehicles ready for sale.
• Support in maintaining the highest levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
