Job summary
Charles Hurst Belfast Toyota is seeking a qualified Senior/Master Technician to diagnose, repair and lead technical efforts in a busy workshop in Belfast. The role focuses on advanced diagnostics, mentoring colleagues and delivering first‑time fixes for prestige vehicles.
You will work Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday mornings, supported by a strong aftersales leadership team. The package includes a 5‑day week, on‑site working, a base salary in the £36k–£40k range with a £6,600 bonus
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years qualified experience, preferably with a premium brand.
- Strong diagnostic abilities and high-level mechanical knowledge.
- Experience as a Master Technician or senior level role is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve the most complex vehicle faults to a high standard
- Provide technical expertise and mentoring to other technicians in the workshop
- Prepare and quality check new and used prestige vehicles for sale
- Support in maintaining workmanship and customer satisfaction levels
