Job summary

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Senior Vehicle Technician to join our Prep and Recovery Centre in Long Itchington.

This full‑time role offers a 45‑hour week (Mon–Fri) with a basic salary of £35,117 and an OTE of £47,000. Our top earners show much higher figures, and the first three months are guaranteed at £3,666.66 per month (£44,000 p.a. gross). If you earn more, we pay more.

Qualifications

• Must have a formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience with inspection, repair and servicing of motor vehicles.
• MOT Tester qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and diagnostic service to meet customer satisfaction and targets.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and comply with manufacturer training.
• Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with vehicle health check processes.

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Senior Vehicle Technician to join our Prep and Recovery Centre in Long Itchington.

As a senior vehicle technician you’ll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility:

• Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
• Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
• Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
• Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes

This position is offered full time 45 hour working contract, Monday – Friday, paying a basic of £35,117 with an OTE of £47,000. On average last year our upper quartile senior technicians earned £69,145!

We're so confident about your earnings that we offer a guarantee for your first three months - you'll earn a minimum of £3666.66 per month (£44,000 pa, gross). If you earn more, we'll pay you more!

Required Skills & Experience

To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:

• A full UK driving licence
• Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
• MOT Tester qualification would be very advantageous
• Fantastic verbal and written English skills
• Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)
