Job summary

Allen Motor Group are recruiting a Vehicle Technician to join our Ford dealership in Warwick. The position is full-time (40 hours per week) with a basic salary of £27,986 and an OTE of £42,500. A minimum guaranteed earnings of £3,033.33 per month (£36,400 per year, gross) is offered.

We provide extensive training, a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for progression within Allen Motor Group. Applicants should hold City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 and have a full UK driving licence;

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience in inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles.
• MOT Tester qualification would be highly beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded.
• Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training.
• Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards.
• Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes.

We’re so confident about your earnings that we offer a guarantee for your first four months - you’ll earn a minimum of £3033.33 per month (£36,400 pa, gross). If you earn more, we’ll pay you more!

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician to join our Ford dealership in Warwick.

This position is offered on a full-time working contract of 40 hours a week paying a basic salary of £27,986 with and an OTE of £42,500 reporting to the Aftersales Manager. Our average Vehicle Technician earnings were £42,500 last year, with our higher performing technicians earning on average £58,000!

Required Skills & Experience

To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:

• A full UK driving licence
• Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
• MOT Tester qualification would be highly beneficial
• Fantastic verbal and written English skills
• Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)
