Allen Motor Group are recruiting a Vehicle Technician for our Ford dealership in Uxbridge. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours plus one Saturday every three weeks paid as overtime.

Basic salary is £28,825 with an OTE of £42,500, with average earnings around £42,500 last year and top performers around £58,000. You’ll provide technical and diagnostic service, maintain up-to-date knowledge through manufacturer training, and ensure compliance with health check processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum.
• Fully valid UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles.
• MOT Tester qualification would be highly beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician to join our Ford dealership in Uxbridge.

This position is offered on a full-time working contract of Monday to Friday 40 hours a week, 1 Saturday in 3 paid as overtime. Basic salary of £28,825 with and an OTE of £42,500 reporting to the Aftersales Manager . Our average Vehicle Technician earnings were £42,500 last year, with our higher performing technicians earning on average £58,000!

Required Skills & Experience

To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:

• A full UK driving licence

• Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles

• MOT Tester qualification would be highly beneficial

• Fantastic verbal and written English skills

• Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)
