Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Technical Communication
• At least 5 years of related experience in technical communication, instructional design or related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Information gathering from engineers, source code and specifications
• Ability to explain degree-level mathematical and statistical concepts
• Experience creating tutorials, training manuals or guides
• Exposure to programming principles or programming knowledge
• Ability to produce documentation without reliance on AI-generated content
• Experience on long-duration, complex technical projects
• Familiarity with distributed or international teams in a global org

Responsibilities

• Planning and generating content for data analytics products
• Researching, writing, and maintaining developer and administration documentation
• Producing high-quality technical documentation with clarity
• Contributing to end-user documentation for other Rapidminer products
• Reviewing and copy-editing documentation for consistency
• Collaborating with software developers, customer support and QA to reflect features and feedback
• Interpreting syntax-only specifications to derive accurate behavior
• Collaborating with global team to meet deadlines
• Executing long-term documentation projects
