Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role.
• Experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analysers, power meters, oscilloscopes).
• Strong skills in problem analysis, root cause identification, and solution design in real-world customer environments.
• Solid experience with Salesforce and Jira as support platforms and issue tracking.
• Familiarity with Linux environments, including basic administration, scripting and debugging.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining technical documentation and providing structured feedback to development teams.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer success by owning complex hardware and software cases from escalation to resolution.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to isolate, reproduce, and resolve complex challenges.
• Bridge between customers and engineering teams, translating challenges into insights that shape roadmaps.
• Mentor junior support engineers and develop best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation and internal troubleshooting guides.
• Perform or support remote and on-site system installation, configuration, and training.
• Manage escalated cases using Salesforce and Jira, aiming to exceed SLAs.
