Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support or similar customer-facing role.
• Comfortable with troubleshooting SSO / WorkOS configurations.
• Able to manage workload independently in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Document findings and suggest product improvements.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
