Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Technical Success Manager for a remote UK-based role, reporting to the Manager of Technical Success Management within the Customer Success Organization. You guide customers through their Zero Trust journey, helping adopt and maximize Zscaler solutions to secure their digital transformation objectives.

Your role centers on expert advice, relationship building, and ensuring successful solution adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Delivery, Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, or Sales Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Services Architectures, Web-based Security, Networking, or Infrastructure Solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decisions.
• Technical acumen to align customer challenges to the Zscaler portfolio for desired outcomes.
• Proven ability to analyze customer data to derive key adoption insights and risk mitigation plans.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies relevant to security outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders to align objectives with Zscaler goals.
• Provide technical guidance, product insights, and best practices for integration and operations.
• Lead complex escalations and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.
• Identify adoption insights and develop risk mitigation plans with cross‑functional partners.
• Create and share intellectual capital, including guides and playbooks, to strengthen the team.
