Job summary

British Land is seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager at Broadgate, London. You will lead the M&E service contracts, oversee a team of Technical Services Managers, and ensure high standards of safety, compliance and reliability across estates.

You will drive energy performance improvements, manage budgets, and coordinate with Property Management, partners and central teams to deliver excellent service with minimal disruption to occupiers.

Qualifications

• Must have a customer focused attitude and a flexible working style.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with contract management experience.
• Knowledge of NABERS UK and BREEAM environmental assessments.
• Health and Safety expertise including NEBOSH.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of M&E service contracts and engineering operations on site.
• Lead Technical Services team, coordinating with property teams and partners.
• Ensure compliance, on-time actions and robust budget control.
• Monitor energy/performance improvements and asset replacement plans.
• Report to stakeholders and maintain central reporting standards.
